Following the success of the Lionesses team, over 669,000 girls now partake in football which is a safe assumption that the success of the England women's team has played a part in encouraging more girls to take up football. As part of the Girls Football Club here at Castletown Primary School, pupils are able to learn and develop their skills both on and off the football pitch. Learning new techniques, drills and vital team skills that they require within the sport. The girls are also given a wide range of opportunities to represent the school in matches as well as participate in football festivals at the Beacon of Light.

Choir

An unforgettable evening when Miss Ni Chomhrai's choir performed the amazing Lion King Jr show. The acting and signing was worthy of a West End production. We were incredibly proud of our children, staff and volunteers who helped make this a truly spectacular show!
